Prioritising Mental Health at Work

We believe that a great workplace is one where people feel supported, valued and able to be their best every day.

As a care provider, we recognise that the wellbeing of our team is fundamental to delivering the highest standards of care, and that supporting mental health is just as important as supporting physical health. Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment remains a key priority for us, which is why we are continually looking for new ways to invest in the wellbeing of our colleagues.

That’s why we’re delighted to announce our partnership with Able Futures, a specialist mental health support service that helps people manage their mental wellbeing while remaining in work.

Through this partnership, our colleagues will have access to professional mental health support, advice and guidance designed to help them build resilience, develop coping strategies and maintain positive wellbeing both inside and outside the workplace. Eligible employees can receive up to nine months of confidential support at no cost to them.

Supporting mental health and wellbeing is a key part of our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel respected, heard and empowered to thrive.

We are committed to creating a workplace culture where everyone feels supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. Our new partnership with Able Futures is one of the ways we’re continuing to champion wellbeing at every level of our organisation.

This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive and inclusive workplace for everyone at Dystlegh Grange.
