About Us

A Place to Call Home

Located in the village of Disley, Cheshire, Dystlegh Grange offers a welcoming community, attracting individuals aged 65 and over, who seek the peace of mind of independence with support and companionship always there when required.

Once the “nineteenth hole” of the local Golf Club, from the early 1980’s the Grange was brought to life and transformed through a programme of imaginative re-design and development. Over the years it has evolved into the attractive blend of accommodation you see today.

Dystlegh Grange is proud to be an independent, privately owned care provider rated “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our long-standing, dedicated staff are so important in making living here so enriching.

Life at Dystlegh Grange is about making your own home, with support and companionship on hand. All the private suites here are beautifully appointed and designed to be made your own. There is a subtle balance of privacy and companionship. Welcoming communal lounges offer space for social interaction, stimulation and conversation, while our landscaped gardens provide peaceful surroundings to enjoy fresh air, gentle activity, or quiet reflection.

We also understand the importance of connection and fulfilment. That is why we offer a wide variety of engaging social activities, events, and opportunities to share interests with others. From lively gatherings to quiet hobbies, contribute or take part as much or as little as you wish.

We take pride in creating a neighbourly atmosphere where independence is respected, support is personalised, and friendships flourish.
